Legal reforms – the way ahead for sustainability?

Abstract

In this workshop we will consider the role that legal regimes are playing in the promotion of sustainable development. Reflecting on legal strategies adopted in industrialised countries, especially EU countries, the workshop will consider the appropriateness or inappropriateness of similar strategies in emerging markets.
