Johan Gorecki
Johan Gorecki, founder and CEO of Globe Forum. He was also one of the founders of Skype, the world’s leading IP Telephony Company. He previously worked for the Merril Lynch Group as well as for the international entertainment broadcasting group Modern Times Group (MTG), where he was responsible for their expansion into Holland. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce and member of the jury for Globe Award.
Niclas Ihrén
Niclas Ihnrén, vice President, with a PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology in the cleantech area. He has a long background from management consulting as a principal at IBM Business Consulting Services and at Capgemini. In that capacity, he worked with major transformations in the energy industry and he has also been responsible for some of the largest and most challenging outsourcing transformations in Europe and India. He has also been the CEO of Infinity Learning, an e-learning group rapidly expanding to 7 European countries. He is also founder of the consulting company Creatinity and the business incubator Innovation Council.
Alexandra Jansson

Communications Director at Globe Forum.
Alexandra has a background in marketing communications from different markets and industries. She was part of the team responsible to launch Ericsson's Mobility World in Brazil and the start up Neonode in Sweden. She holds a business Administration degree with major in Marketing from UFU (Universidade Federal de Uberlandia - Brazil) and complementary studies at Berkeley University, California.
Magnus Lindell
IT Director at Globe Forum, has a background in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where he also started his career. He has since worked as technical/IT manager in a couple of small IT companies and done consultancy work for companies like SaabTech, Telia and SVT.
Erika M. Vano Newman
Marketing Director at Globe Forum, has previously held positions as Marketing Manager for Ericsson (Sweden), as Brand Manager for Latin America for General Electric/Mabe (Mexico) and as Account Manager for Prometour (Canada). Her educational background is Masters in Marketing from ITESM (University - Tecnológico de Monterrey/Mexico) and Specialization in International Business from HES (the Netherlands).

Gustav Astrom
Gustav is Globe Forum's main representative in China. In 1999 he started an alternative media company and has never turned his back on entrepreneurship since then. Living in China since 2005 Gustav has been running his own internet start-up in Shanghai and worked with business development, PR and the clinical research field in both China and Europe. Gustav has studied business and marketing at universities in four countries and holds a B.A in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University in Sydney, Australia.
Janet Lulu
Janet is partner in Globe Forum China and head of the CSR and sustainable business initiatives. Janet has a successful track record from the real estate industry in her native city of Wuhan and Shanghai with key account responsibilities for companies such as Alcatel and Siemens. Passionate for environmental issues since a young age Janet is in charge of setting up the Globe Award in China. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Law from Zhongnan University in Wuhan.
