Introduction

The first in a series of annual Globe Forum conferences in Gdańsk will take place 28-29 October 2009 under the patronage of the former president of Poland, Lech Wałęsa.

Globe Forum is one of the world`s leading events devoted to innovation and sustainability. Globe Forum in Gdańsk will be also a continuation of the Baltic Innovation Forum, held in Gdańsk in 2008

The theme of the Forum will be ”Business Innovation for Sustainable Growth”

We expect around 1 200 participants, mainly Polish and international business leaders, innovation companies, politicians on the national and local government levels, academic experts as well as reporters and journalists

All headline sessions will be simultaneously translated to Polish.
