Marianne Bogle
Marianne Bogle has since 1999 worked with the Swedish Jobs and Society. This particular initiative, lead to CSR Europe, which today is one of the largest business networks on the European continent, with 60 multinational companies as its members.
Marianne Bogle is one of the founder members of CSR Sweden, and have been since 2004 heading the initiative successfully. Through this network Marianne represents Sweden in the CSR Europe network, where 22 like minded organizations from 19 countries with over 1800 member companies from all over Europe.
Tommy Borglund
Tommy Borglund works as a consultant on social responsibility, sustainability, corporate governance and ethics in organisations. He has previously worked as editor of Business News for the Swedish Radio, editor at Finanstidningen and as a business reporter Swedish Radio and Finanstidningen.
Mr Borglund holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Claes Cronstedt
Claes Cronstedt is an international corporate lawyer with 36 years of practice. He is a former International Partner of Baker & McKenzie Law Firm where he advised and was the chairman of the board of several clients, including among others: Teradyne Scandinavia Inc., TNT Sverige AB, Compaq Computer AB, Granada Computer Services AB, Adobe Systems Nordic AB, Lear Corporation Sweden AB and Novell Svenska AB.
He was the head of the Corporate Practice Group in the Stockholm office and the leader of M&A transactions. He served as arbitrator as well as counsel in international arbitrations and was the founder and head of the Corporate Social Responsibility Practice Group in Stockholm. Mr Cronstedt is a member of the working-group of experts of the for EU's 700.000 lawyers on how to advise in Corporate Social Responsibility.
He is also the co-founder and member of the Advisory Board of the Swedish Amnesty International Business Group and a member of the Geneva International Committee of Human Rights Watch.
From 2001 until 2004 he was a member of the Swedish Committee of the ICC Commission on Business in Society, engaged in drafting a Guidebook on Responsible Business Conduct.
He was a trustee 1999 - 2006 of International Alert, London. As from 2006 he is a member of the International Commission of Jurists' Expert Legal Panel on Corporate Complicity in International Crimes.
Magnus Enell
Magnus Enell holds since 1980 a Ph.D. in limnology at the Lund University, Sweden. After another 5 years at the Institute of Limnology, he started working at the Swedish Environmental Research Institute in Stockholm, where he stayed for 10 years. After some years at the World Bank, he was appointed as Corporate Environmental Director at ITT Industries/ITT Flygt, a big US company with daughter companies all around the world. Already in 1998 he was promoted to Corporate Director for Sustainable Development at ITT Industries, probably one of the first directors in the world with this responsibility. After 8 years in the private business, he started his own consultancy and Think Tank - Enell Sustainable Business. In August 2007, Magnus accepted a half-time appointment as Executive Director at the World Wildlife Fund WWF, for the initiative "Trade Center for Sustainable Energy Solutions", and another 50 % appointment as Senior Advisor at Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for Sustainability Reporting.
Since 2004 Magnus holds an Adjunct Professorship at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE), Lund University, Sweden, where he is an important bridge between education and research and business. Magnus has a comprehensive experience in national and international work. Since many years he is active in different councils and networks; on the board for the Global Water Partnership, on the Stakeholder Council for the Global Reporting Initiative, member of the UN Global Compact Nordic Network, on the Swedish Government's Council for Sustainable Development, etc.
Johan Gorecki
Johan Gorecki is the Founder and Chairman of Globe Forum Business Network. He was also the founder of the corporate investment firm Springfellow and part of the developing team of SKYPE, the world's leading IP Telephony Company. He previously worked for the international entertainment broadcasting group Modern Times Group (MTG) and was responsible for their expansion into Holland. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce in Sweden, member of the climate advisory council for World Wildlife Foundation and member of the jury for Globe Award.
Emma Ihre
Emma Ihre holds a degree in economics from Stockholm University. Between 1996 and 2005 she worked with financial analysis and stock trading. During that same period of time she played an active role in the development of ethical investments. From 2005 until 2007 Emma Ihre worked as an adviser to Amnesty Business Group and was responsible for the group's operational work for the year 2007.
Emma Ihre currently works for Ethix SRI Advisors, where she is responsible for corporate engagement. Through dialogue with companies and in cooperation with other investors, Ethix SRI Advisors endeavor to make companies handle the risk of violating human rights or having a negative impact on the environment through their business operations. Furthermore, Emma Ihre is responsible for helping investors to integrate environmental, social and good governance issues in their investment processes.
Lars-Olle Larsson
Lars-Olle Larsson is a qualified professional member of FAR SRS, the Institute for the accountancy profession in Sweden. He represents FAR SRS in the FEE's (European Federation of Accountants) Sustainability Policy Group and is representing the Institute in the Management Committee of ESRA (European Sustainability Reporting Association).
Lars-Olle Larsson represents the FEE in the Sustainability Experts Advisory Panel, SEAP, set up by the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants) and the IAASB (International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board). He also represents ICC Sweden in the Commission on Business in Society of the International Chamber of Commerce. Over the past decade, Lars-Olle has participated in hundreds of assurance-related assignments within his area of expertise in a great number of industries, in listed companies, in other large companies and in the public sector.
