Working with local communities on integrated Water Resource Management to ensure Food Security, Livelihood and environment Protection; building the case for increased self reliance and localization to achieve economic prosperity, social justice and environmental sustainability. Formerly Director of Low Pay Unit - UK based charity; her achievements include the adoption of the National Minimum Wage by the British government in 1997.
