Biography
Dr C.S. Kiang has served as the Founding Dean of the newly established College of Environmental Sciences at Peking University since 2002. Throughout his career, he has played a very active role in assisting China in the development of a modern and sustainable economy. Over the years he has advised the Chinese government at all levels.
