Biography
Igor Kovtun is the Nordic Investment Bank's General Representative in Russia. Mr. Kovtun has a wealth of experience in the financial market and especially in-depth knowledge of the Russian financial markets, legislation, administrative and regulatory issues. Previously, Mr. Kovtun has served as a member of the Board of Directors at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he was also involved in the establishment and development of the Northern Dimension Environmental Fund. Prior to EBRD he served at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
