Mattis has been a business development consultant since 1992 with focus on environment, sustainable development and ethics. Mattis has also gained massive experience of supporting small and large groups in the processes around sustainable business development. Other experiences which Mattis has gained through the years is roles such as project manager, operation manager, consultant, CEO, instructor, moderator, conversation and process manager as well as being an source of inspiration and creating engagement in sustainable development in many contexts. Mattis has experience from working at all levels in the public and private sector. Mattis is educated in geography, biology and pedagogy as well as situational analysis.
