Biography
Ms. Qu is co-founder and COO of First Light Academy, a research and educational institution focusing on banking and financial services practice in China and China’s integration with the global economy. She holds MBA in international business from University of Southern California, and has 10 years rich experiences in corporate strategy, operation management, marketing and sales with multinationals and startups before co-founding First Light Academy. She had been Director of Marketing at Xerox Greater China headquarter, Sr. business manager at Handspring US, and Marketing manager at HP. She has been sitting on the board of a few silicon valley non-profit associations and was also an independent consultant for U.S based startups to help with international business development and venture financing.
