Biography
Ulf Forsman is a consultant in the Finance Group of Bird & Bird in London and has spent almost 20 years specialising in cross border project finance and secured lending. Ulf, who is qualified in England (and Wales) and in Sweden, has worked predominantly for London based law firms and their banking clients but has also headed the legal department in Latin America of a major Swedish corporation. Ulf has experience of project finance in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to, automotive, energy and electricity, alumina, transportation, shipping and fishing, telecommunication and satellites, mining and commodities. Ulf has worked on projects in some thirty different countries, many of which in emerging markets.
