Biography
Responsible for foreign investment advisory services. He has broad experience in the field of foreign direct investment. Adam helps multinational companies establish their operations in Poland. Additionally, Adam specializes in antimonopoly proceedings and has supported international companies which have established shared service centres in Poland. Previously Adam Żołnowski was the Chief Executive Officer of the Polish Information and Investment Promotion Agency (PAIiIZ S.A.). He gained extensive knowledge in this field as the Director of the Market Analysis Department and then Director General of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Adam has been involved in many sector review studies throughout his professional career. He worked in the EU VI Framework Program and advised the Antimonopoly Office in Uzbekistan. For more than two years Adam was a Member of Securities and Exchange Commission and a Member of the Insurance and Pensions Funds Supervisory Commission.
